End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Ariadne Studio Works ("we," "us," or "our") for the use of HaruMong ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using HaruMong, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

HaruMong is a habit tracking application that combines daily habit management with a virtual pet experience. The App allows you to create and track habits, care for a virtual pet, and monitor your progress over time.

User Accounts

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any data stored within the App. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur through your use of the App.

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Free Features

The App offers basic features for free, including habit tracking, pet care, and check-ins.

HaruMong Premium Subscription

HaruMong Premium is an auto-renewable subscription that offers additional features including:

  • Additional themes and customization options
  • Premium widgets
  • Ad-free experience
  • Future premium features

Subscription Options and Pricing

HaruMong Premium - Monthly

  • Length: 1 month
  • Price: Displayed in your local currency in the App Store
  • Auto-renews every month until cancelled

HaruMong Premium - Yearly

  • Length: 1 year (12 months)
  • Price: Displayed in your local currency in the App Store
  • Auto-renews every year until cancelled

HaruMong Premium - Lifetime

  • Type: One-time purchase (non-recurring)
  • Price: Displayed in your local currency in the App Store
  • Lifetime access to premium features
  • Important: Lifetime purchase grants access for the operational lifetime of the application. In the event the application is discontinued, no refunds will be issued.

Payment and Billing

  • All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
  • Prices are displayed in your local currency
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted through Apple
  • We do not process refunds directly
  • Lifetime purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Use the App to transmit harmful code or malware
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

The App, including its design, features, content, and code, is owned by HaruMong and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (habit names, notes, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process and display this content as necessary for the App's functionality.

Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including:

  • Apple HealthKit: For reading health data (with your permission)
  • Apple Calendar/Reminders: For scheduling (with your permission)
  • Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements
  • Apple iCloud: For data synchronization

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers

"As Is" Service

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Health Disclaimer

The App is designed for general wellness and habit tracking purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your health routine.

No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HARUMONG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HaruMong and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the App at any time
  • Change features, functionality, or pricing
  • Update these Terms with reasonable notice

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Ariadne Studio Works regarding the App.
