Terms of Service (EULA)

End User License Agreement

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms" or "EULA") carefully before using the Bloom mobile application ("App" or "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using Bloom, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Bloom is a period and menstrual cycle tracking application that allows you to:

  • Log period dates, symptoms, and moods
  • View cycle predictions and patterns
  • Receive optional notifications and reminders
  • Generate health reports
  • Optionally sync with Apple Health

Medical Disclaimer

Not Medical Advice

Bloom is intended for informational and personal tracking purposes only. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Consult Healthcare Providers

  • Predictions are estimates based on your logged data
  • Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns
  • Do not use Bloom as a substitute for professional medical advice
  • Do not rely on Bloom for contraception or fertility planning without professional guidance

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee the accuracy of predictions. Menstrual cycles vary and can be affected by many factors including stress, health conditions, medications, and lifestyle changes.

User Responsibilities

Accurate Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into Bloom.

Account Security

If you enable App Lock, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your passcode and biometric settings.

Appropriate Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Bloom for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
  • Interfere with the App's functionality
  • Use the App in ways that could harm yourself or others

Intellectual Property

Ownership

Bloom, including its design, features, content, and code, is owned by Ariadne Studio Works and protected by intellectual property laws.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Bloom for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • Create derivative works
  • Use Bloom's trademarks without permission

Your Data

Ownership

You own your personal health data. Bloom does not claim ownership of information you enter.

Privacy

Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Data Loss

While we design Bloom for reliability, we are not responsible for data loss. We recommend using iCloud backup or regular exports.

Third-Party Services

Apple Health

Integration with Apple Health is optional and governed by Apple's terms and conditions.

iCloud

iCloud backup is optional and subject to Apple's iCloud Terms of Service.

Disclaimers

"As Is" Service

Bloom is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

No Warranty

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The App is free of viruses or harmful components
  • Predictions will be accurate

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARIADNE STUDIO WORKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of data
  • Personal injury or health issues
  • Reliance on predictions or information
  • Loss of profits or business interruption

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ariadne Studio Works, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of any third-party rights

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through in-app notifications and by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Termination

By You

You may stop using Bloom at any time by deleting the App.

By Us

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these Terms.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your license to use Bloom ends. Your locally stored data remains on your device unless you delete it.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us to attempt informal resolution.

Arbitration

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

Class Action Waiver

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against Ariadne Studio Works.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ariadne Studio Works regarding the App.
